1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or utilizing the "Fake Update Screen Prank" mobile app, these Terms of Service automatically apply to you. Please read them carefully before launching simulations.

2. Use License & Entertainment Disclaimer

You are granted a license to use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You are not allowed to copy or modify the App, any segment of the App, or our trademarks in any way.

Entertainment Only: This App is a visual simulator. It is designed to mimic system update styles, including OEM transparent status bars (Realme/ColorOS) and immersive full-screen pranks, but it does not perform any actual updates or modify files. You agree to use the App ethically and with the consent of target individuals. Genzee is not responsible for any device damage or user distress caused by the jokes.

3. Safety Exit Controls & Tickers

To prevent users or targets from getting stuck inside simulated loops, the App includes a neon-themed Secret Exit Tap system that allows you to configure a custom quick tap gesture sequence. Triggering the exit sequence mounts a discrete 3-second verification count during which a closing ad may load on-demand. In high-latency settings, the simulator safely closes automatically to guarantee you never get locked out. It is your responsibility to test and understand this exit mechanism prior to using the App.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

We offer a recurring, monthly auto-renewable subscription (premium_monthly_sub priced at ₹36 INR/Month or local equivalent) to unlock all 50+ locked brand screens and disable all advertisements.

• Your subscription will auto-renew unless turned off in your Google Play Store subscription settings at least 24 hours prior to the current term's conclusion.
• Refund requests are governed by the standard Google Play refund guidelines.

5. Dynamic Remote Controls (Firestore & Config)

Locking states (isLocked), brand badges, and ad operational cooldown thresholds are synchronized in real-time from our Google Firebase databases. Genzee reserves the right to modify these parameters dynamically to guarantee a secure, up-to-date, and premium simulation experience at any time.
